Located in Church Square and next to Corsham Court, St Bart’s, as it is fondly known, began life in Saxon times but has seen many additions (mostly in Norman times) and restorations over hundreds of years.
The present building dates from the middle of the twelfth century, but there have been many changes and additions since then, including a major restoration in Victorian times and, most recently, renovation to the spire in 2012, following a huge fundraising campaign.
St Bart’s is open to the public every day.
Priest in charge (team Rector): Rev Andrew Johnson
